Addie attended many primary schools in the Rochester area. She attended Benjamin Franklin High School, where she was a standout athlete in Track and Field. Her favorite event was the 4x100 relay. She loved to cook and feed any and everyone who was hungry. She gained the nickname “Aunt Addie” from her neighborhood and was well liked by everyone who met her.  In 2016, Addie relocated to Massachusetts to live with her daughter, and she devoted her life to helping take care of her grandchildren. She became a big part of her grandson Elijah’s football life and was known as “Granny” to his teammates. Addie made sure to stay in contact with as many family members and friends as possible. She loved to post her funny pictures on Facebook and send out good morning messages to everyone. Most of all, she loved her San Antonio Spurs, New York Yankees, and her Dallas Cowboys.
