WORCESTER: Alice (Fedolak) Chrzanowski, 82, of 25 Pleasant Valley Dr. , died Thursday, December 9, 2004 in UMass Memorial Medical Center - University Campus, as a result of injuries sustained from being struck by a car Nov. 29 on Lincoln St. She leaves a son, Edward Chrzanowski of Worcester; two daughters, Halina Campaniello and Diane Tasse, both of Worcester; four grandchildren and a great grandchild. A son, Jesse Sun of San Anselmo, Cal. , died Aug. 19, 2003. Before immigrating here, she was predeceased by three sisters and two brothers. She was born in Poland, daughter of the late Mikoli and Maria (Lencik) Fedolak and lived in Germany before moving here over 50 years ago. She spent three years in a forced labor camp during World War II. Alice was a counter worker at St. Vincent Hospital Coffee Shop for several years in the 1960's. She then worked as a housekeeper for several agencies in the Worcester area before she retired. There are no calling hours. After cremation, a MEMORIAL MASS with her ashes will be held Monday, Dec. 20 at 10 a. m. in ST. JOAN OF ARC CHURCH, 570 Lincoln St. KELLY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Lincoln St. , is assisting the family with arrangements.
