WORCESTER: Ann R. (McGregor) Donahue, 97, formerly of Hadwen Lane, died peacefully on Thursday, December 15, 2005, in Notre Dame Long Term Care Center. Her beloved husband of 38 years, Thomas J. Donahue, died October 29, 1976. She leaves two sons, Atty. Thomas J. Donahue, Jr. and his wife Rosie of West Boylston, Paul G. Donahue of Brockton; a daughter, Helen W. Reidy and her husband Frederick of Tampa, Fla. ; ten grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews: Two sisters, Helen Hourihan and Kay McManus, both predeceased her. She was born in Boston, daughter of the late Matthew J. and Winifred H. (McGeever) McGregor. She lived in Springfield for two years before moving to Worcester in 1944. Ann had been a volunteer office worker at Assumption College and a member of the Guild of Our Lady of Providence. She was also a longtime member of Blessed Sacrament Church, its Women's Guild and Parents Group. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother and grandmother. CALLING HOURS will be held from 4 to 7 p. m. on Friday, Dec. 16, in KELLY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Lincoln St. A FUNERAL MASS will be held at 10 a. m. on Saturday, Dec. 17 in BLESSED SACRAMENT CHURCH, 555 Pleasant St. , followed by burial in St. John's Cemetery.
