AUBURN - David P. Pullman, 70, of 15 Pinehurst Ave. , died Monday, June 4, 2007, at University Commons in Worcester, after a long illness. He leaves his wife of 46 years, Evelyn M. (Miller) Pullman; a son, Richard D. Pullman of Malden; a daughter, Suzanne M. Sanchez and her husband Mark A. Sanchez of Roslindale; a brother, Dennis R. Pullman and his wife Therese of Green Bay, WI; and twin granddaughters, Melody and Ella Sanchez of Roslindale. He was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, son of the late Richard and Florence (Mach) Pullman, and served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor's degree in business; earned his MBA from Syracuse University; and received a master's degree in government contracting from George Washington University in Washington, D. C. He lived in Syracuse, NY before moving to Auburn in 1993. David was a college professor at Rhode Island College for several years before leaving work due to illness. He previously taught at Nichols College in Dudley, MA. Before that he was a regional manager for Carrier Air Conditioning and also for Whirlpool. He enjoyed racquetball, scuba diving, and was a life long Green Bay Packers fan. There are no calling hours. After cremation, disposition of ashes will be at the convenience of the family. David's family suggests donations in his memory be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, Church Street Station, P. O. Box 780, NY, NY 10008-0780.
