Florence "Flo" Varela

Florence "Flo" Varela was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world peacefully on January 15, 2023 at the age of 86 surrounded by family. She was born to Mesrop and Karan Bazigian on December 24, 1936. A Christmas Eve baby! After graduating from Milford high school, Florence was employed at many businesses including the pizza store in Plumley Village, Shaws in Shrewsbury and Sheppard Envelope. She met many friends at Greenhill Towers where she was a resident for over twenty years. She enjoyed bingo, playing the lottery, going to the casino and especially taking trips to Atlantic City. Florence is survived by her daughter Karen Kazmierczak. She was a proud Nana to her grandchildren; Marina and Nicholas Kazmierczak. She told everyone she knew that her grandchildren were the apple of her eye. Services for Florence will be held privately at Vernon Grove Cemetery in Milford, MA at a later date.
