Gerald “Jerry” J. Robinson of Worcester, passed away at home after a period of declining health on September 29th at the age of 79. He proudly served his country in the U. S. army and was ultimately ranked a sergeant. Upon the conclusion of his service, he ensured that he would continue to serve veterans through his involvement with the American Legion where he was a secretary for over ten years. In the span of his career after the military, Jerry worked at Denholm and the Thomas Smith company. When he had time to spare, Jerry enjoyed gardening as well as adding to his large Avon collection. Some of his best memories include camping in Maine with his partner and visiting the cape. Jerry is survived by his devoted companion of 43 years, Warren Tubbs; Billy Cedar, who he considered a son; his brother, David Robinson; his cousins, Darlene Flynn and Linda Ford; and a host of loving friends. He is preceded in passing by his parents, Francis and Pearl Robinson.
