Jack E. Blood

WORCESTER: Jack E. Blood, 55, formerly of Camp St. , died Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at St. Vincent Hospital, after becoming ill at home Thursday morning, March 21. He leaves four children, Scott A. Sherwood of Phoenix, AZ, Sarah A. Sherwood of West Boylston, Jonathan M. Blood of Worcester, Ashley E. Blood of Dayville, CT; his mother, Beverly J. (Greenfield) Blood of Worcester; two brothers, Douglas J. Blood and his wife Elaine of North Brookfield, Jay B. Blood and his wife Brenda of Spencer; and several nieces and nephews. He was born and raised in Worcester, son of the late Douglas B. Blood and was a graduate of South High School. Jack worked as a machine adjuster at Classic Envelope, Inc. in Whitinsville. He previously worked at Worcester Envelope in Auburn. He enjoyed his cat Boston, watching movies, driving his Mustang convertible, riding his motorcycle and was an avid gamer. After cremation, MEMORIAL CALLING HOURS with Jackâs ashes will be from 4 to 6 P. M. on SATURDAY, APRIL 6, at KELLY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Lincoln St. , followed by a SERVICE of REMEMBRANCE in the funeral home at 6 P. M. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
