Jean Kopas

Jean L (Licoski) Kopas passed on Tuesday, June 27th, 2023. Jean was 83 years old. Born in London, England in 1939 she emigrated as a teenager to the Shrewsbury area where she was raised by her aunt and family. She was a loving mother, and is survived by her three children Sheila Ann O'Connor, Robert Licoski, and John Licoski. Jean was a very crafty person, and loved things like crocheting, painting, working with clay and visiting the ocean. Jean loved the water, and anything that came from it. Her favorite meal was lobster from Browns of Hampton Beach and Fried Clams from Ronnie's. She attended nursing school and worked CS at UMASS hospital before retiring. Jean was a proud, attentive and loving grandmother to her six grandchildren. She is survived by Michael O'Connor, John Licoski Jr, Christina Licoski, Brandi Licoski, and Jake Licoski. She joined her eldest grandchild David Sharon who passed in 2019. Funeral services will be held privately.
