Joyce Richard

WORCESTER – Joyce C. Richard passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 20, 2022. Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Lillian (Alix) Richard. Joyce graduated from Holy Name High School and went on to work as a clerk at Paul Revere Insurance. She was an active and devout member of St. Joseph’s Church in Worcester. There, she was a lector, greeter, collector and could always be seen socializing. She enjoyed her court TV shows, gardening and planting flowers. She loved to dance, especially in the church annual Halloween Dance. Joyce is survived by her sister, Carol Richard. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, Gary Richard. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am on Monday, August 29, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Church, 35 Hamilton St. , Worcester.
