Remembering a Well-Lived Life

Lydia D. Meszaro of Sutton Massachusetts, affectionately known as Liddy, age 79, passed away peacefully from complications caused by Alzheimer disease. Liddy was born in Douglastown, New Brunswick, Canada, May 07, 1945, where she spent her early years surrounded by her siblings and the natural beauty and vibrant community of her hometown. Liddy is preceded by her parents Harry W. Williston and Marjorie Ada (McClenaghan) Williston and siblings Lillian, Jane, Bertha, Harry, Shirley, Mildred, Margret, and grandson Ryan. 

Liddy was a cherished individual, known for her strength, kindness, and unwavering spirit. Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of many with her generosity and compassion. Her love for her family and friends was evident in every action she took, and her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those who knew her. 

Liddy is survived by her husband Andrew Meszaro; sister Caroline, children Joseph, Mary Jean and Timothy and spouses Donna, Wayne and Lynn: grandchildren, Shalema, Erica, Paul, Alex, Jacob, Shai, Sasha, Christopher, Kenneth, Andrew and Zoë; plus, fifteen great grandchildren and her many nephews and nieces in Canada and the United States.

Our dear Liddy will be deeply missed by all who have had the privilege of knowing her, but her memory will forever remain in the hearts of her loved ones. In honoring Liddy's life, we celebratenot only the years she lived but also the profound impact she had on the lives of others. As Liddy wished, there will be a celebration of her life in the spring with family and friends.

Rest in peace, dear Liddy. Your spirit will continue to shine brightly in our memories and hearts. The kindness and compassion you taught so many will carry forward for generations.
