Mario Christopher Perkins was born on April 16, 1975. He departed this life suddenly on November 29, 2022. His parents were Jane Reavis Williams of Auburn and the late Wayne Perkins of Boston. He attended and graduated from Tantasqua High School in Sturbridge. He was employed at United Optical Lens Co. for several years in Southbridge, and most recently at Laundromax in Worcester, until his passing. His hobbies were kickboxing and karate. Mario was a very kind, compassionate, loving man who often cared for those who were disadvantaged and disabled making them feel better about themselves. He was a joyful presence in any room and formed good friendships with everyone out of the good nature of his heart. He is survived by his son, Mario Anthony Perkins, Jr. of Webster. His mother Jane Reavis Williams, his sister Faith Reavis, his brother Dwayne Reavis; both of Worcester. Wayne Perkins of California. Reavis of Berkeley, CA, the late William Reavis, and Thomas Perkins, Jr. , wife Florita; Ezekiel Perkins, Henry Perkins, Sr. , wife Mary; his aunts Aurelia Mencey, Grace Dargot, husband Ulysses. Mary Perkins, all from Boston. Also, Joyce Jackson of Charlotte, NC. A hosts of nieces, nephews, and cousins, and other family members and devoted friends; and his loving girlfriend Heather Laperriere of Worcester. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Mario's family from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Monday, December 12th, at Kelly Cremation & Funeral Care, 154 Lincoln St. , Worcester. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hope Cemetery in Worcester.
