Mark was born in Mt Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Mass. on Easter Sunday. March 29th, 1959. He was predeceased by his parents Melvin G. and Joan E. (Howard) Massucco. His dad- Coach- was his lifetime hero.

Mark grew up in Worcester and attended schools there. Tatnuck grammar, Chandler Jr High, and Doherty HS. Mark was a gifted young athlete in football and especially baseball. He split many idyllic summers between the White Mountains and Rye Beach. Many fun football and wiffle ball games were had in the yard and on the beach! He was an avid fisherman in the ponds around Worcester county and the streams and rivers in New Hampshire. His mounted prize brook trout will forever adorn the wall of our summer camp! He worked as a carpenter and a painter for many years. He was a huge history buff, especially anything to do with WW2. He had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. He was a big fan of the 3 Stooges and amassed quite a collection of their material. In accordance with Mark's wishes, he will be cremated and interred privately.
