WEST BOYLSTON: Mary R. (Lonergan) Fidrych, 76, of 39 Maplewood Ave. , died peacefully on Tuesday, November 29, 2005, in Knollwood Nursing Center in Worcester. She leaves her husband of 54 years, Peter P. Fidrych; three sons, Robert Fidrych and his wife Elizabeth of Augustine, Fl, William Fidrych and his partner Mark Wallaert of Oakland, Cal. , Gary Fidrych and his wife Mariellen of Beverly; two sisters, Claire Burke and her husband Jack of Worcester, Rita Elie of Worcester; six grandchildren; twelve nieces and nephews. She was born and raised in Worcester, daughter of the late John J. and Alice T. (Deignan) Lonergan. She graduated from North High School and Salter Secretarial School. She moved to West Boylston in 1958. Mary worked as a secretary for Hastings Drug Co. in Worcester for many years and later worked for 16 years at the Howard Johnson Motor Lodge in West Boylston. She retired in 1991. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church and enjoyed traveling. CALLING HOURS will be held from 5 to 8 p. m. on Friday, Dec. 2, in KELLY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Lincoln St. , Worcester. A FUNERAL MASS will be held at 10 a. m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, in OUR LADY OF GOOD COUNSEL CHURCH, 111 Worcester St. , West Boylston. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Worcester.
