Paula L. Speltz

WORCESTER: Paula L. (Harrington) Speltz, 53, of El Portal, Cal. , formerly of Worcester, died Wednesday, March 23, 2005 in California, after a long illness. She leaves her husband of 10 years, Steven Speltz; her mother, Louise E. (Avedisian) Harrington of Worcester; four brothers, Philip L. Harrington and his wife Donna of Holden, David A. Harrington and his wife Susan, Paul J. Harrington and his wife Diane, and Michael J. Harrington, all of Worcester; a sister, Pamela J. Besaw of Worcester; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Her father, Philip A. Harrington, died Wednesday, March 30, 2005. She was born in Worcester and graduated from Doherty Memorial High School in 1969. Paula had worked as waitress, a legal secretary and maker of stained glass. She enjoyed gardening, reading, wale watching and traveling to Maui. MEMORIAL CALLING HOURS will be held during her father's calling hours which are 6 to 9 p. m. , Friday, April 1, in RICE FUNERAL HOME, 300 Park Ave. A MEMORIAL SERVICE for Paula and a FUNERAL SERVICE for her father Phil, will both be held at 10 a. m. on Saturday, April 2, in ARMENIAN CHURCH OF OUR SAVIOUR, 87 Salisbury St. , followed by Phil's burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, MA.
