Robert Perron

Leicester, MA - Robert James Perron SR, 77 of Leicester passed away peacefully @ TheMeadows in Rochdale on December 2, 2023 after a short illness. He leaves behind his wife of43 years, Shirley (Brooks) Perron. Three daughters Melissa and her husband James Colby ofRochdale, Christine Lucia and her significant other Clifford Robinson of Leicester, Paula and herhusband Stephen Conway of Auburn and sons Robert, Joseph, Jeffrey and Thomas Perron.Ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren, a sister Pauline and her husband RaymondChoquette of East Brookfield, two brothers Paul and his wife Jeanne Perron of Spencer, JosephPerron of CT and his brother in law Rosaire Choquette of Spencer, and several nieces andnephews. He was predeceased by a granddaughter Christina Gallo, sisters Dorothy Choquette,Leah Brunnett and Mary Perron, and brothers Henry, Scott, Walter and Alan Perron.Robert was born in Waltham, MA on September 3, 1946 to Dorothy (Forgit) and Frank Perron.He was raised in Spencer before moving to Leicester. He was a self-employed carpenter and“Jack of All Trades” for over 40 years. After retiring he volunteered at the Leicester SeniorCenter where he enjoyed meeting and making new friends. He enjoyed spending time with hislittle furry friend “Molly” (who will sadly miss him) playing pool, card games, yard saling andtraveling but most of all spending time with his family and friends telling jokes and stories.Mass will be scheduled at a later date.
