WORCESTER: Robert T. Hogan, 97, of 7 Denmark St. , died Friday, January 11, 2008, in Beaumont Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, Westborough, MA, after a long illness. His wife of 56 years, Lorraine B. (McGurl) Hogan, died November 8, 2003. He leaves two daughters, Patricia A. Hogan of Boylston, Martha J. Olson of Worcester; four grandchildren, Seth and James Olson, both of Worcester, Kate Bergeron of Boston, Mariah Bergeron of Portland, ME; and three great granddaughters. Two brothers, Frank and Paul Hogan, both predeceased him. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Patrick and Sarah (Hanratty) Hogan and was a graduate of St. John's High School and the Worcester Art Museum School. He was an Army Veteran of World War II. Mr. Hogan worked many years as an advertising artist for local department stores including John C. McGuiness, Barnard's and R. H. White's, retiring in 1975. He was a painter and illustrator and enjoyed the antiquing business. He was a member of St. Bernard's Church. A CALLING HOUR will be held from 9:15 to 10:15 a. m. on TUESDAY, Jan. 15, in KELLY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Lincoln St. , immediately followed by A FUNERAL MASS at 11 a. m. in ST.
