Susann Mercadante

Susann “Sue” M. Mercadante passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, September 21, 2024. She was predeceased by her parents, Raymond LaBouef and Beatrice “Cote” LaBouef, her sister, Gloria Allen, and her husband, Sweet Pea, as well as her longtime spouse, Paul J. Kowalski. She leaves behind her two children: Thomas C. Garon Jr. of Worcester, and Lisa M. “Garon” Nassar and her husband. She is also survived by her three grandchildren: Stefanie Lopez of Worcester, Jennifer Aviles of Leicester, and Justin Garon of Florida, along with their spouses, great-grandchildren, and her great-great-grandson. Additionally, she leaves behind her two brothers, Robert and Richard LaBouef, as well as nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends. Sue enjoyed shopping, cooking, entertaining family and friends, and she had a love for bingo and pitch. She was an animal lover, and anyone who knew her loved her dearly.
