WORCESTER: Theresa Belva âTerryâ Begley, 55, died Friday evening at UMass Hospital, surrounded by family. She leaves three daughters, Sheila H. Begley of Lawrence, Kathryn M. âKatieâ Begley and Patricia A. âTrishâ Begley, both of Worcester; her former husband, Kevin Begley of Seabrook, NH; her grandson that she adored, Michael P. Begley of Lawrence; 12 brothers, Richard F. Riley, Jr. , Paul J. Riley, Thomas D. Riley, John W. Riley, James P. Riley, William E. Riley, Rev. Walter J. Riley, pastor of Immaculate Conception Church in Worcester, David F. Riley, Bernard J. Riley, Joseph F. Riley, Joel Massa; Edward A. Riley; 5 sisters, Kathleen A. Cavan, Margaret E. âPegâ Holloway, Mary A. Dowd, Christine A. Consolmagno, Elizabeth A. Riley; many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; many nieces and nephews; and several life-long close friends. She was born and raised in Worcester and adopted by the late Marie R. (Fiore) Riley. She graduated from North High School with the class of 1981. Terry worked as a bus monitor for many years, but her favorite job was being a stay at home mom. She was a long-time member of St. Bernardâs Church of Our Lady of Providence Parish. She enjoyed music, crafts and cooking for family, friends and neighbors. She treasured her special relationship with her best friend of 35 years, Kathy Markey. She will be remembered for her wit, charm and her generous heart. The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to the UMass Transplant Team and the UMass Cardiac ICU for their compassionate and dedicated care. CALLING HOURS are 5 to 8 P. BERNARDâS CHURCH of OUR LADY OF PROVIDENCE PARISH, 236 Lincoln St. Terryâs godfather, Rev. Walter J. Riley, will be the principal celebrant of the Mass.
